Introduction to
Caliber Athlete
Over the past 25 years, Brian Lonergan has been committed to the process of developing high Caliber Athletes!
What kind of athletes?

Triathletes (youth and junior ages, beginner to elite levels)

Runners (sprint, middle and long distance)

Football players (speed and skill work for QB, WR, DB, RB, LB)
-
Baseball players (acceleration to improve 60 times)
-
Soccer players (quickness and conditioning)

And other athletes that need speed and strength training
Where are the trainings?

Speed training is primarily at the Lake Highlands HS track
-
our distance work with be at Norbuck/White Rock Lake

Strength training is in the gym at Northwest Bible Church
-
Football skill work is at the Lake Highlands HS stadium
-
Triathlon training happens at a variety of locations in Dallas, but most of our work is in Lake Highlands and at White Rock Lake
When are the trainings?
